NAPS provides a platform to accredit publishers based on the standards to be followed up. Standards provided for such accreditation would satisfy the extreme requirements for a Journal to prove its standard. This would facilitate researchers to find the status of genuinity of the Journal they would prefer.

Quality defines an object to be fit for use or the purpose to be solved. Assurance on the other hand, provides a strive idea for the seekers to gain a confidence level over the Publisher. Quality Assurance , together is to build up a confidence level over the quality of publishers. Quality Assurance of a publisher until now doesn’t exist as a standard, NAPS is to develop a framework on phases from Planning- to Execute- to check -and to Act. A looping process on the phases molds the standard of the publisher.
